Inconsistent room quality could use some attention!!! A complete overhaul of outdated bathrooms might improve guest satisfaction!!! Noise disruptions from events clearly need to be managed better!!!

I stayed here for one night and had a lovely experience. The classic double room was comfortable and well-equipped. The terrace offered amazing views. Dining was exceptional, especially breakfast. Staff were attentive and friendly. 🍷

The classic double room offered a lovely view over the Cotswold escarpment, making for a serene stay. The well-stocked fridge was a nice touch, and the breakfast service was genuinely friendly, enhancing the morning experience. the dining ambiance fell flat, lacking warmth and charm, and the meal portions were on the smaller side, leaving me wanting more. the noise from the external lights and the discomfort of the bed were drawbacks that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Nice stay overall, just a bit messy

We spent a night and it was pretty relaxing. The staff was super friendly and the bar area was nice, but it had dirty glasses left around. The food was tasty—really enjoyed the dessert, but my hubby's steak had a side that didn’t match the menu. a nice place with great area for drinks!

We had a lovely stay in a Junior Suite, enjoying afternoon drinks on the veranda with stunning views and a delicious evening meal of fish and chips followed by heavenly sticky toffee pudding. The sun terrace and garden were perfect spots to relax and unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the bumpy driveway, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. 😊

we had an amazin time at hatton court hotel, staff were super friendly and even made my hubby's bday special with prosecco and a nice card! the tara restaurant food was to die for, both dinner and breakfast were out of this world! our classic double room was also really comfy and nice, def will come back!

only downside was the entrance road needs a serious fix. The wifi was kinda slow.

Staff were friendly and engaging, making our little dog feel welcome. check-in was chaotic, with a long wait and lack of direction to the room. Dinner service was disorganized, leading to wrong meals and a confusing billing at checkout.

We had an amazing trip with friends! The location was perfect for visiting Cheltenham with its stylish shops and gardens. The restaurant served delightful meals, and our room was clean and comfy. Just a heads up, the place gets busy during breakfast, so aim for early. a great atmosphere for a getaway.

Stunning views, friendly staff, the food was delicious, including breakfast, where I enjoyed a great cheese and onion omelette, and the location provided easy access to explore the area.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped return my forgotten shower bag, which I appreciate. I recommend enjoying their spacious rooms! I'm coming back for a city break.

We had an enjoyable one-night stay, celebrating a special occasion. The attentive staff went above and beyond, especially during our dinner in the restaurant with great meals. Don’t miss the gorgeous views of the surrounding gardens from your room. Remember to check the menu beforehand for good deals!

It was just an optimal selection for a couple of nights in Gloucester with great value for money. The bar staff were friendly and made our evening enjoyable despite the hotel’s overall condition. Try to avoid peak times as it can get noisy with groups coming in.
